2.1 Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Returns showing signs of use or alteration may be rejected.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Digital downloads or used crafting materials

2.3 Return Shipping

• Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Use a tracked shipping service; The Rhinestone Mart is not responsible for lost returns.

2.4 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed 3–7 business days after inspection.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
